NYC Public Schools Back of House (BOH)

We worked on digitizing and automating inventory and production record management for NYC school kitchens. The goal was to make daily operations easier and more accurate by reducing manual work. This helped schools track inventory in real time, use resources better, reduce waste, and stay compliant with guidelines—making kitchen management smoother and more cost-effective.

Project: HPD Homeless Placement System (HPS)

The HPD Homeless Placement System (HPS) is a digital platform designed for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to streamline the placement of homeless households into affordable housing. The system replaces outdated, manual workflows with a centralized web application that enables case intake, unit matching, referral management, and performance reporting.

Evidence Scanning Mobile App & Admin Portal for User Management – QDA RPA

As part of a digital transformation initiative for QDA (Queens Data Automation), We designed a mobile application that leverages Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to simplify the property evidence submission process. The app allows users to scan physical evidence documents, auto-extract key information, edit if necessary, and submit it directly into the system—improving both speed and accuracy. In parallel, We also designed a web-based User Management Admin Portal that enables administrators to efficiently manage user accounts, roles, permissions, login authentication, and maintain audit logs.

SVAM International Website Revamp

Revamped the SVAM International website to enhance user experience, modernize the design, and improve navigation. The redesign focused on clearly presenting services, improving user experience, and aligning the site with SVAM’s brand identity, resulting in higher user engagement, reduced bounce rates, and increased client inquiries.

PBNA - MyOPD

Redesigned and developed the PBNA MyOPD dashboard for PepsiCo to streamline plant line operations. Created mockups in Adobe XD and implemented the final solution in Power BI. Optimized navigation from 21 to 7 pages, reduced 90% vertical scrolling, and introduced drill-down features, resulting in a cleaner, brand-aligned, and more efficient KPI reporting experience for supervisors and managers.
