1. Project Overview

Problem Statement:

Supervisors and managers at PepsiCo needed a consolidated view of plant line operations. The existing dashboard was cluttered, spread across 21 pages, overloaded with redundant visuals, and required excessive vertical scrolling. This made it difficult to track KPIs like production volume, downtime, efficiency, and output, leading to inefficiencies in decision-making.

Solution:

I redesigned the MyOPD dashboard to be intuitive, concise, and visually aligned with PepsiCo’s branding. The new experience offers a summary landing page, a collapsible filter panel, and drill-down capabilities that allow users to access detailed insights without clutter.
